Training Techniques
Training sessions include a mix of technology, the written word, group discussions and frequent breaks. Short hands-on activities are interspersed, not as a diversion, but as a relevant way to practice concepts.
Social interactions between groups helps to stimulate brainstorming and new ideas.
A spiral-bound training manual is provided that can be accessed on-line in pdf, and word format.
No session ends without an assessment of learning, be it a paper exam, on-line feedback, or a demonstration. Add humor whenever possible!
Follow-up e-learning is usually provided for retention and application of skills.
